Ledger Sync Issue

I'm trying to sync up my ledger live egld account to the wallet but I there seems to be a problem.

When I follow the elrond instructions, having the ledger in the elrond app and press connect on the browser there is a flurry of the same message from windows security saying its trying to connect but doesn't. I get a list of different empty elrond wallets, all empty but not my one. No idea what's happening.

Anyone had the same issue recently or know what I can do?

The win security message looks similar to the one I attached.
