Issue acquiring tickets

Hello,

 

I am writing here in the hope that someone from Elrond Team is responding here as I did not have much luck on the Support App.

I had in the past months EGLD staked and EGLD available, I passed the KYC check and marked as complete since days ago.

 

My issue is that once I logged in to MaiarLaunchpad to acquire tickets, I get this

 

You are not eligible to buy tickets.
You did not have staked EGLD when the snapshot was done.

 

I checked again my wallet balance and I have both EGLD staked and available at this time, I sent a screenshots  to the support team on Live chat and no response so far, at the time of the snapshot my EGLD was staked and is still staked.

 

at some point someone from the support said " it will be solved, everyone has the issue" but in romanian and no answer since then.

 

As this is a time sensitive matter(24 hours to acquire) I wrote here and I  sincerely hope someone can look up my issue and if possible solve it, we'll wait on e-mail or live chat for contact in order to solve this in a timely manner.

The snapshot was done on 22 November.

Did you have at least 1 egld staked on 22 November?
