currently i'm trying to create a delegation contract in the testnet. I've enough xEGLD (2505) and send following transaction:

Value: 1,250.0000 XeGLD
Transaction Fee: 0.000104 XeGLD
Gas Limit: 104,000
Gas Used: 104,000
Gas Price: 0.000000001 XeGLD
Input Data: createNewDelegationContract@6000@100
But i'm always getting the error: "meta transaction is invalid: not enough gas"
What am i doing wrong?
Btw. is it possible to delete the delegation contract and reclaim the
